Helen Cowley and Margaret Hulse jointly are the owner Managers of Paradigm Consultants Limited. Helen is a professionally qualified Human Resources Manager with over 10 years experience of all areas of HR within the manufacturing and media industries. Her particular specialisation is employee relations, performance management and Human Resources Aud. Margaret is a qualified Human Resources Manager with over 15 years generalist HR experience within the insurance, retail and manufacturing environment.
